At Emberdune, we value your time and strive to provide high-quality care. To ensure that all clients have the opportunity to receive timely treatments, we’ve established the following rescheduling and cancellation policy:
Card Capture at Booking
To confirm your booking, a valid credit or debit card will be required at the time of scheduling. This card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies outlined below.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 3 hours in advance. You can easily reschedule through our online booking system at www.emberdune.com or via the confirmation or reminder emails you have received.
Cancellations
We understand that circumstances change, but we ask for at least 3 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card provided at booking.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a 100% no-show fee will apply, which will be charged to the card provided at booking. This ensures that time can be allocated to another client in need of treatment.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to ensure the next client’s appointment can start on time. The full treatment fee will still apply.
Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
